Shape-Ups cost a considerable amount of money, but I've found my Shape-Ups to provide excellent comfort in a quality shoe. They are well worth the purchase and I'll be buying more in the future! -- Shape-Ups are a good investment if comfort is important to you!

The shoes fit well in my usual size. I got my "sea legs" right away, and got into wearing the shoes over a couple of days. After the first full day I wore the shoes, my calves were sore. My feet feel fine at the end of the work day; and I like it that I'm working out every time I go anywhere in the office and during my noon walk. I would just buy the shoes in whatever color or style you like; the names evidently don't mean anything. -- Skechers are fun

I am now in my third week of wearing my Skechers Shape ups and at this point really like the way they feel on my feet. I have suffered with plantar faciiatis for years in both feet so am always looking for a good shoe since I am active, walking or jogging daily(around 5 miles). I haven't noticed the other benefits this shoe is to provide however I haven't worn them that long and again only during my walks. At this point I am glad for my purchase and unless something drastic occurs I will order them again in the future.
