These shoes are exact to size, perhaps running just a smidge small and are more on the narrow size (if you have a wider foot I would not recommend). I ordered my usual size and my toes are right at the end. These are pretty comfortable, though not as versatile as another pair of shoes that I bought the same day. They are fun- and they have small dots cut out, under which there is a striped liner fabric, so the small holes show off orange, blue and pink. The only thing I don't like is at the top where they come together closest to your ankle they rub just a little bit. When you slip a pair of light weight socks on, perfect. I have walked my dogs in these, so they can easily accommodate distance. -- Polka Dot Fun

The description should include:

The colorful floral design is PRINTED on DISTRESSED leather, due to this the texture of the leather being printed on is unique to EACH SHOE (not pair, but shoe). In addition to this anomaly, the printed design greatly varies from pair to pair, meaning that the dominate color will be different depending on which portion of the pattern is printing on your pair of shoes.

My major criticism is:
The interior of the shoe is sewn with nylon thread,(not all of end knots are finished off smoothly and some are VERY sharp, I had to carefully sand down the protruding ends several time to make the shoes comfortable).

This being said, the shoes are highly unique and after adjustments quite comfortable. No two pairs are alike, for me this is what makes them so special and worth the inconvenience. You may have to exchange your shoes as I did to get a color dominance that pleases you. Shoes run 1/2 size large.
