I've seen a lot of Pleaser products over the years, and maybe its just old age, but these boots seem like they've upped their game. The overall construction is good, the materials are fairly substantial, and the sizing is more reliable. I have fairly slender calves, and when worn over a pair of skinny jeans, they zip up snugly. Keeping in mind that you shouldn't be expecting fine hand-craftsmanship, these are a really good value for what you pay...perfect for clubbing, and occasional nights out. -- really good value...
