In the past, I have normally had to purchase one pair (or more) of water shoes every year. I spend a lot of time on and in the water. This is the first time I ever tried the Aquatik brand, and could not be more pleased. Aside from being almost as comfortable as slippers, these shoes are extremely durable. The manufacturer has achieved the best balance I have experienced thus far between flexibility and sturdiness. If you are "between" sizes, I would suggest following the manufacturer's advice and choosing the smaller. (This is what I did and the water shoes fit perfectly.) I can offer no comment about ordering a FULL SIZE smaller, simply because I didn't have to do it.

I really believe that I will be able to use these shoes longer than any others I have purchased in the past. At the price (I purchased mine on sale at Amazon), I really don't think you can go wrong. -- Comfortable and Durable

I can highly recommend the shoe as it is very easy to get on and off because of the velcro flap & that was important to me. They are very comfortable but size down, and they seem to be very durable. Nice styling which is a plus.

Bought these as a gift & the gentleman who received them just loves them...comfortable, light weight yet durable...do purchase one size smaller as is suggested because they do run large....off to the lake! -- IF shoe fits....

I recently wore these shoes while floating down Current River, and I'm so glad I spent the extra money instead of buying a $5 pair at Wal-Mart! The soles stayed intact, and they saved my feet from being torn apart from the rocks. The only downside is that I had a little hole in the front of them by the end of the day; however, they are still good for another trip or two! -- Better than other water shoes
